muscovy duck coop

i am wanting to get some muscovies but dont know what they need how many should i get cause have neighbors on both sides of my house and if you could post pics of you muscovies coop/house and nesting boxes that would be great i am new in ducks so please help

Here is one of my duckhouses. DH built it out of 98% recycled materials.
Scovies love the nest boxes to brood and to sleep in.

Second duck house is a 7'X10' resin shed. I have roosts, shelves and nest boxes. Here is a bin I use for a nest box.

The coop is 16' x 16', with a fully enclosed insulated 8' x 16' back half and an open 8' x 16' front half. The coop faces south, and sits on the edge of a three acre pond. The winter sun helps keep the ducks warm during the day. The muscovies like to sleep in the open structure until it gets colder than 20 below zero. Then they wimp out and join the pekins and mallards in the insulated part. There are two 2' x 4' wire screened feeding stations off the back. It houses about sixty adult ducks.

TKS! 4 nesting boxes and one bin nest box inside which doubles for a "shelf" to roost on. Not a lot of floor space in the original DH built duck house but the Scovies don't seem to mind since they free range all day. In the duck shed I have 3 bin nest boxes plus one back corner gets used regularly as a nesting spot.

I have only had chickens and that was a long time ago. They always needed a roost at night.
This is my first duck raising experience this time around. At our newer place, we do not have a coop yet for our five 2 week old muscovey ducklings. They are in the house still. Umm, yeah... I want them out very soon. I like to put them outside in the fenced backyard to poke around whenever it seems warm enough. They need a coop for their own safety at night and when we leave for the weekend at times.

My husband and I are not sure if scovies prefer a roost in the coop? From what I read of their habits, I assume yes?
