Hi everyone, it's my first time incubating muscovys and I know they take 33-37 days to hatch and I'm Incubating 6 at the moment (started with 12 but they didn't start developing) on day 39 right now and there is still no signs of external pipping, I don't know if I should candle them as that would mean opening the incubator while they are in lockdown. I could make a safety hole into the air cell?? What should I do??? Is this normal?!

I would definitely carefully check them out. Generally if egg don't hatch by day 36 or 37 I generally check them, and end up tossing them. Eggs can explode if rotten so handle with care.
What should I be looking for?
If I don't see movement should I chuck them out? I've heard about making a little hole in the shell into the air cell so they can breathe, should I do that??

That won’t help them unless they have internal pip
Have you noticed any bruising on the egg outside of the air cell ?
What day did you set them ?
What temp and humidity did you keep them at ? Did you calibrate a hygrometer and thermometer separate from the bator and set inside ?
