muscovy duck gender ID

Can anyone tell me how old a drake is before he looks and acts like a drake? I have 4 8 month old ducks. At least 1 laid eggs a few months ago. One is noticeably smaller (the black one). But there have been no mating attempts. Does anyone want to give an educated guess on the sex of these ducks?

It's always hard to tell from pictures, but it looks like you have all hens. at eight months, drakes would be fully mature. what sound do they make? hens make a quacking jirbling sound, while the only sound drakes make is a loud hiss.
