Muscovy duck just started laying now bleeding!

Does it look like an attack of some kind? I see blood but not sure exactly what it is? All are Muscovy?
All are Muscovy. The blood is definitely from picking so I’m less worried about that now. I’m trained in wildlife rehab so I have items on hand to help with superficial wounds. Just not sure if her vent looks right. And I’m guessing that sound means she has more eggs looking to come out.

This time of year I know with my Muscovy's they can really get after each other I never had one injured like that but hopefully you can get her cleaned up and it won't be as bad as it looks. The grinding maybe coming from her gizzard. Is she eating and drinking okay? Poop looks normal?

Good, with that training you should be able to get it nice and clean. :D

As for the vent, that does not look normal to me, it looks like she has a small prolapse, and the stuff draining from her vent makes me think she might have an infection or blockage.

Will do thank you. Can I trim the feathers rather than pluck? I handle mammals usually so not sure the best method for bird wound cleaning.
The references I have say to pluck in the direction of the feather growth and to be careful not to tear the skin. Plucking is better, but if that makes you uncomfortable, trim them.

She is eating and drinking normally. Poop looks normal from what I can see. That grinding is super loud now. There were two eggs in the coop when I first got her. Not sure if I’m catching this AFTER a blockage cleared itself or not.
That's very strange! Can you very gently insert the top of your finger in her vent?
