muscovy duck keeping during winter, frostbite etc....

I just got muscovy ducks and i am wondering how i should protect them from the cold winters. Last year it got down to about -30 plus there was a wind chill on top of that. It was litterally the worst winter in history. I am wondering what i should do to protect them from frostbite and other illneses caused by the cold.
