But if a duck is on full feed it might always look like that....But if it's food it should go down. @GoldenFlight said it's been that way for over a week.

@casportponyMy duck's enlarged breast is still not receding. He is still really active and eating, but the bulge seems to have gotten bigger and has solidified somewhat. He's about the same weight as when the bulge showed up.
Is there something I can do to help him get back to normal? I am concerned that it's going to be permanent.
Quote: Interestingly I have seen something similar before, and I never did figure it out. I also have one right now, but this time the lump round, like a tennis ball. In this case I suspect mine has a tumor.
@Devw , can you catch your duck and very gently pluck all the feathers on the lump, then take a picture of it?
He looks young. I have never seen anything like this I hope @casportpony has some suggestions on what to do if there is anything He sure looks healthy other wise. Beautiful drake
You could use a piece of aquarium air line if you melt the end with a lighter first. Not melted the edges are too sharp a could damage the mouth, esophagus, or crop.Unfortunately, there isn't a poultry vet near me. What kind of tube do you use?
