Hi,
We rescued two Muscovy ducklings from our pond when their mommy and 8 other babies wre killed by raccoons. They are about 3 months old and doing great. We built them a big duck house and run until they are able to fly so are feeding them a mix of foods. We started them on chick and duck feed, cracked corn (we added yeast), meal worms, pond grasses, dark greens and minnows. I am worried because other than the meal worms and dark greens, the only food they want is minnows. LOTS of minnows. I think if that was all we fed them they would be totally happy. They do not touch the grains or duck food. They did as babies but no longer are interested. Is it ok for their diet to be mostly minnows? Our pond is a 4 acre pond so I'm sure once they are able to roam free during the day they will find lots of things to eat but I worry until that day, they may be missing something in their diet. Thanks for any help
