Muscovy ducklings

She gets oats lettuce cilantro any greens pretty much and then she gets minnows and two spoon fulls of canned tuna for her niacine she also gets live mealworms and some dubia roaches and some super worms

That is not a good diet for a growing duckling. Does she get any real feed?
 
She also gets vitamins and minerals from this powder stuff it's called avian plus it was recommended by a pet place for her

That is still a terrible diet. Ducklings should be given food made for ducklings or chick starter with added niacin (brewers yeast is great). Switching her diet should make a big improvement on her health.

It sounds like her entire diet consists of "treats", which should only make up 10% of what she eats. Some may even argue that she is too young for treats right now as they can cause digestive issues, and in your case, leg problems.
 
My question is how come wild ducks do just fine without chick starter they eat pretty much the same as my duckling how come it's different?
 
I'm trying to raise her on a natural diet instead of chick starter
