Yes, I understood that. The OP agreed that it looked like what was posted. If their ducks are dying due to severe frostbite, the set up needs to be corrected.
@Nitlion11 There isn't much to do with frostbite once it happens, but the set up needs fixed. If it is that severe, I would recommend a vet visit. They should be getting something for the pain.
