Muscovy ducks spilling water

I just got 4 muscovy ducks and have had problems with them spilling out water. My ducks are in the same coop with chickens and on the same feed and water set up. The problem is that they are spilling water on the floor some how. Does anyone have any ideas how to stop this from happening?

You can put wire around the water trough and that should keep them out of it they can still put thier heads through the wire and drink water. Hope this helps you.

ducks are messy. plain and simple my muscovies aren't aloud to have their food bowl in the pen so they look like cows when they eat cuz they have to stick their head in the pen lol my drakes feet are too big for his won good and he steps on everything
