Muscovy Ducks

I have two Muscovy ducks that are a year old now. One has started laying eggs on May 25 and lay one a day she is up to 11 eggs now.... but she is not sitting on them at all during the day( maybe at night) when we cant see he doing it. I am thinking that these may not hatch ( I am not sure if it is a male and female.... I am assuming it is as only one egg per day. will she eventually sit on them?
On the first egg, they kept pointing it out to me and looking at me... they are very tame and let me feed them out of my hand, love to be petted and follow me everywhere. I am hoping that some of these eggs will hatch!
I read somewhere that she wont sit and incubate until last egg is laid.... is this true?

Once she is ready to brood, she will pull feathers for her nest and stop laying. With muscovies the drakes are a third to 50 % larger than the hens. Can you post pictures of your ducks ?

Black and white one (Duckie) we think is the male and white one (Petrie)female. But both are pretty much same size. Black and white has more nodules on face then the white one.

Did they cone from the same hatch? If they are the same age and the same size, you probably have two females.
Can you take a pic of their legs and body.

Faces look feminine but side view and front view of body will help.

Yes they came from same hatch. I can get better pictures tonight after work!

Both are hens, and in very good condition.
