Muscovy Egg

My Muscovy duck egg is I am pretty sure right around day 33/34. She is a rescue. I can see she pipped eternally. It’s been maybe 24 hours.. I’ve ready it can take 48 hours to fully pip. She looks like she is breathing heavier. Is this okay or should I poke her a safety hole? It looks like most of the sack is almost absorbed. Advice?

If you feel the need to poke a tiny hole, you can do it but careful not to hit any veins if they are present.

Muscovy eggs take up to 35 (even up to 37) days to hatch. Is this egg in an incubator or under a broody? It can take up to 36 hours to pip. If you assist to early, it can be detrimental to the duckling.
