Hi I'm new to this and recently rescued 7 eggs from a wild muscovy duck that I grew attached to that was nesting below my apartment and was then tragically killed and eaten by another wild animal (thinking it was an opossum) :(

Well I've been incubating the eggs in a homemade incubator for approx 2.5 wks now and they began to internally pip a few days ago and one externally pipped around 11:30pm last night and another today around 7pm (EST). How long approx after this stage do they take to fully hatch?

I'm really anxious and excited as I this is my first time and I didn't expect them to make it this far :D

If any do successfully hatch I do plan on turning them over to a rescue that can properly provide for them since I am very limited in space and do not have a yard :(

Any advice would be greatly appreciated!! I've done a TON of research, but I would love to hear from experienced folk ;)

Thanks in advance!!
