Muscovy hatched a few eggs early

I have a Muscovy hen who is sitting on a nest, which is higher up on a nesting box meant for chickens. I had a goose sitting on a seperate nest but they were duck eggs and she ended up crushing a chick that hatched. I took the eggs away and gave them to the hen, where she’s hatched out two of the ducks. Her other eggs aren’t ready to hatch for maybe another week.
Should I take the chicks away and raise them in a brooder? Will she abandon the nest soon to raise the hatched chicks or will the chicks starve since she won’t leave it/the nest is too high for chicks to get back in.

I don’t really want to hand raise chicks anymore this year but will if it’s the best route.

The muscovy will probably move off the eggs in about 2-4 days after the first one hatches. They will abandon the rest to care for the ones that did hatch. So pull them if you want her to set. Are these chicks or ducklings?

Ducklings, they’re actually genetically hers, before the goose stole her first nest. I’ll just pull them, I’d be sad if she abandoned her current nest when they’re so close to hatching

That's my question, I have 18 eggs and 3 will hatch sooner by the mass size, if I incubator the rest when and can I get her to take babies back?
