I forgot in my last post to say her peeping that she is doing she is calling for some buddy ducks. Mine do that when they are separated for a short time

I guess maybe the duck is gone...i have had no response back yet.

It was a wild duck anyway, just lived in their neighborhood, Hopefully they were able to adopt it and give it a good forever home. Not wild in the sense of wild like Canadian geese are wild, but it didn't belong to anyone. Most likely a dumptee.

Hi I live in shelby twp mich and have 3 ducks now that I raised from babies.. I keep them in a predater proof 20x20 kennel attached to a large shed. With a pool for them i feel bad for the duck being with out another duck.. They need to be around there own kind.. That is nice of you to care for her... I would be glad to take her and add her to my family of three.. My ducks are spoiled. And she would be safe. Let me know if your interested

Hi, I realize this is a very very old post, but I am also in Shelby Township and and would like to add to khaki Campbells to our little family.

I’m curious to know about keeping these ducks safe and away from predators in our township and how you are successful with your flock.
