Muscovy keepers share your pics!

I'm treating my flock just to make sure they don't have anything, since this year is the first year I actually realized a sickness, and I can't individually shoot pinicillin down their throats so I'm just giving te flock vitamins and electrolytes and now sulmet for about a week

I wouldn't treat with Sulmet unless they were sick with one of the things that I treats. Doing so is how we end up with antibiotic resistant bacteria, and sulfa antibiotics like Sulmet are also had on their kidneys.

I went and got 4 more muscovy ducks today, 1 is a pretty dark chocolate and another is a milk chocolate and gray/silver. I can't tell sex yet, I will try to post pictures in a bit.

The ducks I know are female are black and black pied? I have their brothers who are silver/gray/white, but I adore chocolate too... so will the black girls throw out chocolate, black and silver if I use a chocolate drake? Idk anything, but I probably need to pick 1 or 2 drakes for breeding and the sooner I choose the better.

We're adding white muscovy and peking in the spring. I want to show possibly, but my main goal is meat production and pretty birds.

Guess what. I finally found a vet!!!! And that's a big deal since I live in mississippi and this state has like nothing
