I think it's because websites pretty much copy whatever a different website says (making small changes of course) and here you have actual people telling their own experiences and not just copying what other people say

Okay guys she has a mass in her lower abdomen preventing her from actually pooping and that's why she's been having diarrhea, we're going to be giving her medicine and if that doesn't help he'll have surgery, the good thing is that she isn't contagious , and we're waiting for word if she has or had some parasites
