JLam---my drakes do not seem to be mating my girls at all right now (I am in WI) Maybe the eggs really were infertile. Spring is a better time!Dang it, possibly money down the drain again. I got some more Muscovy and goose eggs from the same BYC user which arrived a few days ago (detached air cells again!) and are now 3 days into incubation. Maybe the winter in Ohio is causing those drakes and ganders to shoot blanks. Hopefully it was a fluke and will have development this time.

Good idea because they love to fly and you never know where they might end up. just clip one wing on each duck that will keep them off balance.My ducks have starting to fly out of their pen, so I'm going to have to clip their wings again before I lose them.![]()
