My two ducks are sharing a nest, I'm now at 19 eggs. Could this be why no ones sitting.... Should I split it up?

My hens would share a nest while brooding and would be on the nest at the same time and when one left the other would stay and then they would switch I only had them do this once

Have you candled the eggs? I hate to say it but i have never had success here with a 'shared' nest.

So Houdini is sitting on her eggs, they are due new years day-ish, but for the last few days she has been getting off them for a long time. They were barely warm when I checked them today, Is that normal or is she loosing intrest in being broody? This is her first clutch.

hmm.. have you tried candling one? sadly, yes they can give up... unless you have an incubator their is little you can do. Definitely check them to see if they are developing as they should be.

Just gave mine their Christmas snack of whole corn and meal worms they are happy.

Just trap her in the dog house with some food and water
