that might work but see, i killed my babies. so if it has children, it would tech them how to hunt ducks lilke it did and when those pups get older there might find their way back to where i caught the first one. And then the cycle would continue
I hate having to do it. I always feel terrible, except for the skunk that massacred my quail and left the aviary littered with dead and dying birds. I feel bad when they are just trying to survive, not so much when they are killing for fun...That is possible but i just really don't like killing animals.Im probably going to die because I let a cougar live around my property and then it ends up killing me or something retarded like that im always giving animals the benefit of the doubt you do what you wantI can't believe your dogs haven't masacred it yet! Last year we found the fox that had been stalking around my coop with its neck broke in our field our dogs had chased it down and brutally killed it.![]()

I was beside myself when I saw 250 square feet of quail bodies that morning. I saw red. It was only after I shot the skunk multiple times in a blind rage that I realized I was standing outside brandishing a firearm in my underwear.....Ok the killing for fun is when I pull out a machete. That pisses me off.The surviving thing just makes me sad for my flock and in that case I try and find a way to compromise with the wild animal.Thats why I get so mad when a dog hurts one of my cats/birds because they get fed free food they don't have to work for every day and just wanted to watch that animal die slowly.
i love that coop ,<3Well thanks...I think![]()
It's raining/snowing so it's pretty nasty outside but my flock isn't affected they are enjoying the newly laid down shavings and fresh food/water i got this Flock Block for my poultry and they just love it! Especially the waterfowl which I actually wasn't expecting! I just moved them into their new coop today & it's really really nice to know everyone is safe & sound with no weather situations & no more predator worries sothe pet carriers are for laying in & my goose Assyra has taken one over with her chicken eggs she is totally broody and I can't wait to see what she hatches! The bunnies are in the coop too they get along well with my flock and once I get more established in the coop im going to let some of my cats sleep in the loft. I always am making the oddest species coexist with one another and usually have no problems! That's how all our animals are here everyone gets along with everyone & we try our best not to get animals that will destroy the peace.& my chicks brooder is going to be covered before nightfall so they don't get pooped on they keep roosting on it
Ok well I'm wishing everyone a wonderful spring! Ours just started!![]()
