Question: At about what age can you tell a scovys gender? Also, I have several ducklings that have barred feathers, does that mean they carry the barring gene? None of their parents are barred.

I can get a guess at 6-8 weeks by size and legs.

Same here, I can tell with 99% accuracy at about 2 months, by size. Girls are much smaller.

My chocolate ducklings r smaller than the lilac same age. But they for sure vent sexed male with 1 lilac female and 1 male

Hey all, I need a crash course in incubating scovy eggs. I have tried multiple times and have not gotten a single duckling. I need tips and tricks for everything, including how long can I collect before setting. @casportpony ?
