Muscovy keepers share your pics!

Can any of you guys come over to this thread and weigh in on whether these muscovies are male or female? The poster has asked several times over the last couple months and has gotten no definitive answer, and now someone has told them they are females and are "lame ducks" and "lesbio" whatever that means. Personally I think they're drakes but you guys are the experts!

Ok, their post starts as.... "We recently discovered our muscvoy hens weren't drakes but were lame ducks." Hens weren't drakes (ok this means they bought them as females and they've turned out not to be males, right?? So... they are female 'lame ducks'??

Too funny we were on the same page about their duck expert, lol. I hope they reply to me asking who said such

My girls have been laying in what appears to be a dust bathing spot in a corner up against the house. So I made them a box, put their eggs in it and put it exactly where they were laying. Hopefully they will use it. Otherwise with the rain I'm afraid their eggs will get drowned.

My chickens love these nest boxes. They're also only $5. Lol. I've got pink, orange, and silver ones.

If my muscovies don't like this one... I have a big one I can try.

It's also time to move this pen anyway. They've run out of green grass. Lol.

Hamilton is getting big! Exploring the yard!!!

Hard to say at that age. Once Hamilton is about half grown with all his feathers in he should start either making a cooing sound which means female or sounds that sound like a dog's panting and deep gasping which means male. Hope that helps.

Cupcake sure is getting big ♡ still not sure if shes actually a she. 10+ weeks. Any ideas?? The red on "her" face is coming in more and more.
