I picked up 3 two week old muscovy babies yesterday. Im so excited to watch them grow and see what they end up looking like. I think I may have 2 females and 1 male but I'm not sure! Brand new to duck ownership!

Baby 2 isn't looking so good. This is the one with the belly issue. I am using blue kite now. My dad going to corner store to pick up non flavored pedialyte. What can I gently force feed it? Like something mashed, similar to baby food..

Poor baby. Boil some eggs and feed it the yolk. Keep giving the pedialyte.

Welcome to duck ownership. They will grow like weeds! I have decided Muscovy is the only way to go.

Thank you! I also have a 3rd baby hatched. Fluid build up and hasn't fully absorbed yolk.

I wouldn't give it raw. Dilute the pedialyte with water so it doesn't get too much salt. How old is it now?

3-4 days maybe. No I don't. OK I'll have to do that. I haven't been doing that

You might dilute every other time. Some sources say you can give it to them full strength. Another thing you can do is soften some chick crumbles in it and make a liquid out of the crumbles.
