Well since you asked.....

I had CCLBs and FBCMs come that I popped under a duck broody Sat.
Red Bourbon turkeys come tommorow.
B/B/S Ameracunas, Combinations of Blue, Black and Coppers Marans, Wheaten Marans think come next week
project Chocolate/Mauve (choc w red lace) with a spontaneous silky feather mutation Ameraucanas Monday
and wheaten/blue wheaten sulmtalers in a month or so - have to time with them starting lay and broody ducks.
From exhibition quality stock, top lines and being brooded under.........scovies!@

I am DONE!!! DONE!! DONE! Except for finishing some new coops I guess. LOL@

So now fat, dumb, happy and BROKE. But I are contented.

My dh said no more houses and now I am planning on a goose house so I can't expand on my geese, shhh I am not telling him that.

Thanks. I was surprised that they laid the very next morning (I picked them up pretty late in the day). I got eggs from both hens 2 days in a row. I cleaned out the old rubbermaid composter that my Pekins used to lay in, put new straw in there, and both hens took right to it. The eggs are smaller than Pekin eggs (but the hens are smaller, too, lol). I'm not set up for ducklings yet but I'm hoping to be set for next spring.
