Muscovy keepers share your pics!

Haven't shared in a while but have been following along.
As is her usual inclination one of our girls has gone broody. This time she is sitting on a nest with one of the chickens. Once a day the chicken leaves the nest and she claims all the eggs. When the chicken comes back the duck leaves. But when the duck comes back to the nest and finds the chicken on it she doesn't fuss she just crawls under the chicken. So we end up with a chicken sitting on a duck who is sitting on the eggs. Funny sight when you come across it, especially when you see one huge duck eye looking at you from under there and hear a meep.
This is Liaths innocent face. She was busted trying to take Daisy's eggs again.

Daisy getting ready to pop her in the head for her attempts at egg snatching.

And Miss Lydia, I can't divide my front yard but the substitute I had settled on today was new drake in the yard for the first half of the day with the girls while Tony stayed In the pen, then him in the pen and Fat Tony out for the afternoon with the girls.
I know it's far from ideal but that way everyone gets some free ranging time plus time alone in the pen with pellets and the big bath until I find a long term solution.
The girls just hung out with the new drake. A few pecks here and there but everybody seemed happy. That's the first time I've seen him show any interest in socializing! Where I got him from had 12 drakes together with 12 turkeys and not one hen so I was pleased with this:)

When I let Tony out he flew me, so I pinned him down like you all suggested. You should have seen his face! He was stunned!! I wont lie. It was very satisfying to feel in contol again again and to see that smug look disappear from his face lol. He's been reminding me of a school yard bully:-/
I'm so sorry to be bombarding you all.
This is just the first opportunity I've had to speak with other duck lovers about anything.

This was a picture of the pen when we built it.

I'm having trouble with my drake and have no clue what I am supposed to do besides get rid of him. My drake has recently singled out one of my females ( I have 9 total ) and he's pecking her and plucking out some of her feathers at the base of her neck down her back. He never tries to mate her just peck her and sometimes one of his favorite girls will come over and join in. I have tried to put bag balm on her to see if that would maybe help stop him but he won't stop no matter what I do. I don't have enough room to separate then or I would have already. I don't understand why they have been together for 6 months and everything has been great until last week he started bullying one of my girls around. I need some advice please!?

Thanks Kountryboy:)
Nobody around here really loves birds!
They're just meat or egg production so it's fantastic to know I'm not alone, even if on the other side of the world lol.
WE love them lots here. We also have them for meat and egg production. The favorites get to stay for the long haul. Some of the others have a "circle of life" purpose".

Put the one who is being bullied with as couple of the more docile girls to give her a break from this drake. if you don't they may stress her too much and you lose her. Or put your drake in permanent timeout. you need to figure out something asap.
