Muscovy keepers share your pics!

Buck, what do you do with the wet sand? Do you just leave it and hope it dries or do you get it up, throw it away and put fresh sand or?
 
We'll see the sand dries by its self even without the sun, if it's hot outside like at all then it dries, when the ducks poop on it the sand will soak it up or it will go through te sand and go immediately down to the bottom, at least that's what I read
 
Oh wow I never knew that. So should I put some sand in their new coop that were building? If so would I need to worry about cleaning it?
 
I would only fill half the coop up with sand, and the other half with hay , you put there water buckets, water trays, or pools on the sand because the sand will soak up the water while the hay they love to sleep on , but see I I raise mine free range and they never experienced gay so mine just sleep on grass or dirt

Therry osyter shells are good for calcium...but I think you will need something else for grit. Most feed stores sell chicken grit, it's just crushed granite rock. :)
