Beautiful muscovies everyone!
I only have four muscovies currently, a pied pair and the other pair is a pied male and a buff female. I recently got the buff female and was told that shes pure buff, but I don't think buffs have barred feathers do they?
Anyway, here are the only two good pictures I could get.

The pied female is in the background in this pic.

Here's our two girls. I picked the two smallest out of a neighbor's brood of 5...hoping they were girls. And thy were! Now we have our two lovely ladies living with the flock. The black is Lucy and the brown is Ethal.

I'm pretty sure they're pure but their red knobs are so small. They'll be two years old this August. They lay eggs almost daily when it isn't winter.

Beautiful Buff, Amos. I don't know about the barring but personally I think all the color variations and patterns that I've been seeing are what make Scovies so wonderful.​

Very nice Scovies, John. I had noticed in your sig. line that you missed your Scovies. I had wondered what had happened but did not see a post. Did I miss something? I had admired those Scovies in your pictures. Those picutres helped with my decision to do some research on Scovies and decide on getting some. I am very glad that I did. Thank you.
