By 6-7 months they are pretty much adults in size, but they will bulk up, my drake who is just 1 yr is as large as his daddy but not as full through the body, the ducks also will widen some as they get older but are usually full size by 6 months.

I agree, the drakes 'bulk' up.. the ducks seem to round out?(oval out) as they near 1yo.

Quackers, the trouble with guessing colors is they molt and change colors several times before they hit adulthood. Even then - if white heads they get more white on thier heads, barring sometimes disappears.

So with that said, even with the one being much darker, looks like two have the blue and brown coloration of blue-fawns.
Some call bluefawns lilacs but I'd reserve that for the lighter colored. The one that looks to have blue wings but a yellow head I suspect will go blue pied.

Enjoy!

Oh, no i realize these 4 are amongst numerous i have had... just colours confuse me.. this blue, lavender, lilac etc... and so forth, clearly one is a black & white pied, like dad i have had ones like him before.

I also like to be able to ballpark because i cannot keep the drakes... people want to know... i have never been able to get a colour on their mother..
