Not here really, hard to find especially coloured. That's why i starting setting my own lol and then well duck math has taken over.

I wanna get some more Muscovy's... where do you guys suggest getting them? I would like to get them as chicks and brood them indoors so they are possibly a bit more personable than the 3 I currently have.

Well totally different country but do you have any local classifieds? that is how i found some, then the rest i hatched then some i found through a local provincial online swap lol (mind you my original 4 came through a hatchery)

Hello everyone! 2 of my muscovies have gone broody.They are sitting on 18 eggs a piece.I sure hope they can hatch all them.I am really excited to have some babys.

I've 15 ducks. Have found only 9 nests. Only able to pull 4 doz eggs for nosh before brooding in earnest.
I'm not much for baloot.......
Could have 200 ducklings marching in, swarming, surrounding the house on me ....
How many clutches a year do they have? 3 - 4........

Well Cocoa is doing quite well with Hazel. Still crossing my fingers on her being a girl

And the female Scovy I had penned up (so she wouldn't keep running away to the pond next door) is sitting on 13 eggs!!! I wish her luck .. hopefully she has better luck than her sister and has more than one baby survive. 10 of her eggs are pure Scovy. The other 3 are from Bean, my little Swede/Runner mix.

WOW you guys have alot of eggs we have 4

. She's getting mean too, but not sitting yet! So hopefully she will lay a few more eggs.
