Still no ducklings yet. The guy I'm getting them from said one egg got pushed or rolled out and one of the goats broke it. It had a duckling developing in it so the eggs should be fertile! He had calculated around June 10th but was guesstimating when she started sitting. And he may have been calculating for standard ducks (he had looked up ducks in general online).
There were 2 more scovies 'visiting' while I was there. A mostly white hen with just a bit of chocolate and a drake that was almost completely chocolate. If he's the daddy, these babies should be very nice looking! I hope my ducks will accept this lot. I'm going to keep them separated for a bit and just see each other through the fence . . .
