Could it happen from over crowding in the brooder? I'm finishing their new one today cause the old one has gotten pretty cramped.

No enough room to get adequate exercise is dif a problem, getting bigger brooder plus the B's will help.

Hopefully just time will mend. keeping her warm and resting will help, and if you can set up a small pool or pan for her to get some water therapy that will help take some pressure off and keep muscles going while she is healing. Hopefully it will all work out to get her back on her feet. Drakes don't mess with her at all?

After i wrote how she was doing she took a turn for the worse. She past away very quickly. The drake was laying beside her almost until her last breath. I called the vet to tell him the same duck he saw just an our ago was now passing away. He couldn't believe it! She was so alive when he saw her.

I am so sorry, If I was you I would call the breeder there maybe something going on in their flock that might be some kind of disease, don't want to scare you but for this to come on suddenly and then for her to go so quick. Makes me think it was more than an injury. Or maybe some kind of birth defect. Heart maybe.. I'm truly so sorry
