I don't know what it could be Bunny unless she has picked up a respiratory infection, heavy breathing can mean that or close to death. Sorry to say. Place her in a warm spot away from the other ducklings so she doesn't get stepped on, and watch her, antibiotics could used if you can get her to drink. Did you check her over for wounds?

Chickens can carry diseases that don't affect grown ducks but affect ducklings, you said they were in the chicken coop right?

Also if they got into anything moldy then that can be a thing

And if they got stressed they can die from that

the chickens have never actually been in the chicken coop/house, we bought it when we got the ducks at a week old and the old silkies. It has always been the ducks home, till we got some other stuff for the silkies and Charlie and Ryan to live in so yeah

It hurts alot, I, keeping the ducklings in till people buy them and take them to their homes. And thank you, it's just painful right now.

maybe something scared her, as Buck said stress can scare the loving day lights out of them if maybe a predator. Glad she's up tho breathing is worrisome brooder pneumonis is something you might want to look into.

I'm sorry. I know how that is. I lost 8 ducklings, and hen too later on last year. It's not fun. could Sheldon have been attacked, and under stress?
