when i went out to let them out as its 8:45 am, the ducks started banging on the window and when i let them out sheldon didnt come out so i went to check on him and there he was on his back and when i picked him up, he didnt move his head at all, just laid there slumped. i really dont want him to die, he can move it abit but looks more like he just went into shock when he moves it

Where have you been keeping him? he isn't in with the adults? sometimes adults can be pretty rough on babies if they aren't theirs. Take a towel shape it like a donut and place sheldon down into it with head up this will help to prop his head up. Keep him quiet but offer food and especially water often. Do you have poultry vitamins,electrolytes/vitamins?
Put some according to directions in his water.

I totally agree with Miss Lydia also a special trick is to put a little sugar in their water I'd say about a teaspoon pet liter it'll give him energy so his body can heal/recuperate
