I am in Washington State. I plan on taking thorough pictures when we move out. Like I said, I highly doubt he has any plans to give us our deposit back. So I don't see what taking him to court would do. I got a shut off notice saying I owed over $900 for utilities yesterday. It was billed to this address. I nearly had a heart attack. I opened it and it was for another property but billed to this property. I was even served with papers for over three years of home owners association dues for this place. I just moved in last October. I got it all sorted out with the attorney and we were removed from it but sheesh.

But I have to move as it is being auctioned off in June.

I thought this would be a lovely place for my kids and birds. UGH

I may. I have a feeling he will attempt to evict us towards the end so he can 'legally' keep our deposit. If that happens I will counter for damages and moving fees due to him lying about this property. I am sure I will get nothing but at least I will owe nothing.

And one of my ducklings, looks to be a hen, is a Barred Chocolate. She is so pretty.

I am new to Muscovys. But I have 9 adults so far. Then I bought the ducklings as I really liked the Barred gene. I have a Lilac and Black Pied drake. Then for my hens I have, a blue pied, blue white headed, (I forget the term for that). I have a White, Solid Chocolate, solid Black and two Lavenders.

I got started with the solid Black as a rescue and was won over when I opened the box, petted her and she started cooing at me. My husband wasn't sure till they started following him around and wagging their butts at him. Now he says they are his favorites.
