Muscovy keepers share your pics!

They are gorgeous and the one standing looks to have legs close together which can mean female, but getting pics full body front and side would help.

We are going to be gone today, but I will try to get more pics with the correct views this afternoon/evening. I have heard them making the beautiful trilling sounds, but not this week. Do both males and females trill when young? These three are always with a pair of Welsh Harlequin females that are the same age and they do not look that much bigger than the Welshie girls. We love them no matter what their gender, but having females would surely help our male to female ratio. ;)

I'll be back this evening with more and better pics. And, BTW, the young one that I was worried that had drooping wings and concerned it might be developing angel wing (the middle Muscovy in the above pic), both wings are now almost perfectly in place when standing. The right wing drooped more than the left, but now the left is in correct position and the right wing is very close to being there. I think muscle development to support the weight of the wing blood feathers was the issue. :)

Chocolate drake over silver females will produce blue males (split to chocolate) and lilac females
We finally have babies.
I'm guessing the lighter are my lilac ducklets and the darker are blue drakelets? DH is going to help me try to corral and take pictures tomorrow.
