Lol that would be funny but sadly I dont have a male duck that will fertile her eggs :/ so shell make a nest out of the dogs food and her feathers and sit on unhactable eggs. It allows her to do something so i just let her be. Can i mix breeds with her or should i be looking for a male muscovie?

She'd breed with any breed of duck but her off spring will be sterile unless it's a muscovy drake who does the fertlizing.

That pic of your babies! ugh.. so cute! i feel bad mine doesn't have anyone to cuddle with mama is going nut so trying to brood again.. and wow, your girls.. the one white one looks just like my Lilly!

Miss lydia (for some reason it wont let me quote anything) But I guess im going to go out and find a muscovie drake. I want her to have little scovie babies! I think she would be a good mon. She protects the dogs from the canadian geese, which crackes me up to pieces!

They are wonderful moms, I have another white Scovie that is hatching a duckling as we speak, I am so hoping she gets one out of her 5 eggs, she is going to be 8 in July. And I have a drake who thinks hes a dog, uses the doggie door comes in for a visit, he is standing behind my chair right now nibbling on my clothes.. They are so precious.. Let us know if you find her a drake.
