Muscovy + Kiddie Pool?

I replaced our plastic kiddie pool with a bigger rubber pool for my 2 runners. It was pretty cheap and holds enough water so they can dive and swim under water. Its held up well for the past 6 months or so with no tears or holes so far. They just need a step to help them get in and out. Not very pretty and it takes a long time to drain but my ducks enjoy :)View attachment 1232116 View attachment 1232116

Ooh your runners are very pretty!! :love

I usually change the water once or twice a week, since we only have 2 ducks it doesn't get too dirty too fast. It takes about 20 mins or so to fill. I would love to replace the drain plug on the bottom so it would drain faster or figure a way to hook a hose up to it to use the dirty water to water the garden. With all the cold weather it had frozen solid so the ducks are going to have to wait another day or two for it to thaw. Lol, they had quite the surprise when they tried to go for their morning swim and it was totally frozen over :hmm
Thanks for thr info. It is MUCH better looking than my set up :)
