I think its ridiculous!! They've always had that law down here!

I really don't see what problem those poor ducks cause anyway!

So irritating it leaves me with very few intelligent things to say on the topic. Makes me want to go get 30 more for spite. Errr... I made a comment to the FWS with the link on the other thread. I compared them to ferral cats. LOL. Don't see a ban on cat ownership. Probably falls under the "what not to write to make positive change" catagory. Oh well.
