Muscovy Oil Gland Problem?

I noticed today that about 4 of the Scovies are ALWAYS looking wet lately. Because of the crazy amount of rain this last week i thought it might be from the wet pen but everyone else is dry & shiney.

could it be their oil glands not working correctly?

if so, how can i fix it?

the mops are Sidney, Montie, Gaia & Lilly a little bit.... All blues or blue-colored (how weird is that??)

DUH, why didnt i think of that???
you could be right, the hens aren't quite a year old so they probably have 1 more left in them before their b-days.

I'll have to start taking them some dog food.
