Muscovy protein percentage

Howdy y'all,
Last summer I was reading some where that they recommend that mucovies get the 22-24% protein to be healthy. Is that correct of can they stay on a16% like chickens

I like an all flock feed I believe Purina Flock Raiser is 20 or 21% protein My Muscovy's have thrived on that from hatch on.
