How old are Muscovy ducklings when they are full grown??

What is your definition of "grown". Adult size, sexually mature, laying eggs? My whites seem to reach their full adult size at 6-7 months sometimes longer for the drakes. My females start laying at around 7 months.

Fully feathered is what I meant lol sorry I'm new to the duck part of raising poultry.

oh fully feathered, well that also depends but most of the time 3 to 4 months
