Muscovy setting on Pekin And Muscovy eggs

Hi,
I need some advice. I’m a novice to chickens and ducks.
One of my Muscovy ducks has decided to set on Pekin duck eggs, and I’m guessing a few of hers.
I know that Muscovy eggs take 35 days to hatch and Pekins 28. Is this going to be a problem? Will she abandon the Muscovy eggs once the Pekins have hatched?

Do you have drakes for both species? I would think she would leave the nest when the pekins hatch.

Yes, both egg types should be fertile.
