These were supposed to be black and white, and I was expecting white w black. They are beautiful and probably show quality, but I was kinda looking for meat birds, lol.

beautiful Black scovies, butyes they arent the traditional French White (black on white) coloring. you can process them still, you may have a bitmore work with feather removal. Our French White Drakes are processing at 9-12lbs.
