This is Josie, my 4-5 year old Muscovy hen. Her feather condition has been worsening over time and if does not seem like she’s molting. I thought it was wet feather and tried bathing her in dawn dish soap (which I now have read isn’t a great idea.) She eats well - duck pellets along with treats of sunflower seeds, millet, thistle and sometimes peanut hearts or corn - along with mealworms and some other house scraps for treats. She has regular access to a deep pool and multiple water buckets/tubs. The last image is of her preening - I don’t know if that much yellow liquid is supposed to show on their preening gland. She is free range with a secure coop at night and seems generally happy otherwise.

Thoughts? Help?
