Anyone know what the offspring of Muscovies crossed with regular ducks look like? Do they still have the characteristic red face mask?

All of the mules that I have raised have had very slight caruncling - nothing like that of a full Muscovy.

Same with mine. And it is usually black like a wild muscovy's. I have not bred many though.
