I realize this is an old thread, but I have nowhere else to turn to right now. Let me explain my situation.

I am currently growing lions mane in a mono tub. I got the culture and everything from northspore.com

I have a very simple question for the mushroom people here. How do you guys usually prepare lions mane for eating? I probably should’ve thought of this before I started growing it.

Any advice or recipes will be appreciated.
