Anyways, check out this site to try to identify the mushrooms you have growing around your chickens to see if they are okay for your chickens or not.

I have mushroom eating chickens here too and have wondered the same thing. I took a look at that website and don't see the mushrooms we have growing (naturally!). So far the girls haven't gotten sick, but I do worry.

Get the National Audobon Society's field guide to mushrooms. I have one. tells ya everything and there are A LOT of different kids of shrooms.
