Mushy Chick or..?

Hello,
Is this mushy chick (look at belly)? If not, what is it? Last egg to hatch (7 of 8). No other problems with the other chicks. This one had umbilical cord attached that I carefully snipped. He has similar looking sores by his wings...Do I put him in the brooder and hope for the best? He is very active and hatched about 12 hours ago

If it's active, eating, and gaining weight, it's probably not mushy chick.
