Teaching hawk to play "piano". Less than a minute this took. Inmade it ding and gave her a walnut. Did that about 5 times and she started on her own. She's above average intelligence wise, but this is not unusual. I've taught other birds tricks. The biggest factor is their attention to you and their bond with you. The more they are used to relating to you the easier this is. Hawk is an 11.5 year old EE who spends winters in the house with me. She's mvery bonded to me as we've been thru severe trauma together. I'm biased, but she's the best.
