Music for chickens

If I played my violin for my chickens would they lay eggs faster?

I haven't heard of music increasing laying productivity but it has been proven that classic music is soothing to chickens. It would probably be beneficial for your chickens to have a radio in their coop quietly playing classical music but I'm sure that it will inspire them to lay faster.
